Understand where
your data goes.

The website, the local application, Resolve and an optional AI provider are separate surfaces. Their data boundaries should be understood separately.

Website notice draft · 13 October 2026 · app release audit pending

This website’s own behaviour.

The website is static. It does not implement account sign-in, a submitted contact form, optional analytics, advertising tags or automatic third-party video embeds. Search loads a local site index and matches your query in the browser. The report template is editable locally; it does not submit or upload its contents.

The interface carousel displays actual screenshot crops with browser playback controls. It does not call an AI provider or send a composition to carvercat. Technical hosting requests are separate from these local interactions.

A small local preference.

The theme control stores your light/dark choice in this browser under carvercat-theme. The site reads that preference on later visits, or uses your system preference if none is stored. Browser storage can be blocked; the site remains readable.

Search/filter queries are reflected in the URL so a view can be shared. Avoid placing sensitive information in a search field or shareable URL. No persistent personal project or report data is stored by this site.

Serving the page needs a request.

The server delivering a page receives technical request information. The repository’s hosting configuration uses Cloudflare static assets; actual deployed logging, retention and provider settings need review before this notice is published. This local preview does not establish the live service configuration.

For the provider’s general policy, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Do not treat a static website as a promise of zero server logging.

The local app is a separate privacy scope.

Local project files, media, fonts, preferences, Resolve communication, diagnostics and any update checks require an audit of the actual distributed package. This website does not certify that the app has no telemetry or that every connected component keeps all data on the device.

The app’s local editor/MCP/Fusion generation facts do not determine an external model provider’s treatment of prompts or project information. Use only the data needed for the task and review the chosen client/provider’s policy.

Questions and changes.

Contact [email protected] for questions about the website or submitted material. Legal/controller identity, deployed retention and the package privacy statement must be confirmed before publication. This notice is a factual local-build draft, not a verified app-release privacy policy.
