Terms

Clear context
for using this information.

The website explains the developing product. A reviewed application package will carry its own licence, requirements and distribution terms.

Website terms draft · 13 October 2026 · legal identity and app licence review pending

Website information and the application differ.

These pages describe product direction, development workflows and qualification status. Public downloads are not open. Reading a guide does not provide a licence to redistribute the private application source or identify a supported release.

The final application licence, notices and permitted distribution/use conditions will accompany the reviewed package. No unformed company, jurisdiction or commercial contract is asserted here.

Use the stated version and scope.

Development behaviour can change. Guides marked source-reviewed are not fresh exact-package walkthroughs. Only the requirements and advertised scope of a reviewed package establish its intended trial environment.

Do not infer universal compatibility, recovery, export parity or a release date from a screenshot, illustrative example, roadmap item or numeric development version.

Respect content and asset boundaries.

Keep rights to the media/fonts you use and share. Source privacy, third-party licences and permissions for brand/media assets are separate issues. Assets in the media-reference page need confirmed reuse terms before public distribution; contact the project for uses beyond the reviewed purpose.

The product’s free local offer does not make its private source open source or place third-party content in the public domain.

Optional providers have their own conditions.

AI clients/providers, Discord, email services and destination applications have their own account, licence, charge and privacy requirements. Their presence in a workflow does not imply endorsement, affiliation or that their services are supplied by carvercat.

Before public distribution.

  • Confirm responsible legal identity and contact information.
  • Review final app licence, website terms and relevant jurisdiction.
  • Audit package resources/notices and media reuse rights.
  • Reconcile actual deployed service/privacy behaviour.
  • Publish exact package scope and known limitations.

This substantive draft is included for local owner review. It is not a final legal contract or a substitute for responsible legal review.
